I hope you’re doing well.
In winter if you’re in Japan you might think of things such as kotatsu and mikan.
Kotatsu is pretty unique to Japan. If you try explaining it to someone who’s from another country they might find it hard to imagine. It might be easiest to show them a picture.
It’s a lot easier to explain mikan, because lots of people all over the world are familiar with mandarin oranges. I can find them in most American supermarkets and they always make me think of Matsuyama and Ehime.
Well, stay warm this winter and I hope that 2025 brings you much health and happiness.
